The Unified Faculty-Staff Council (UFSC) is an affinity group of McNeese faculty and staff who work to promote unity within the campus community. The council’s efforts reflect assistance towards both the employee and student communities. The group hosts programs to foster awareness and mitigate implicit biases. The UFSC also provides recommendations to student and employee campus leaders for ways to improve campus compliance and civility. The council is comprised of 12 faculty/staff members and one student at-large approved by the senior vice president.
