Facilities Use Committee

Responsible for allocating use of on-campus facilities and for establishing and assessing fees as specified by the Rate Schedule for Special Events as outlined in the Facilities Use Policy. The Facilities Use Committee is composed of the vice president for business affairs (chair), the director and one representative from the Office of Facilities and Plant Operations, the comptroller, the director of the Office of Public Relations and University Events, the director of the Office of Purchasing, the associate athletics director/compliance coordinator, and additional members as needed.
