Facilities Use Request
If you are a student or an employee and would like to request use of space for a special event in the new request system:
- Login to your portal account
- Click on Facilities Use Request under Campus Links.
- Answer all questions fully; be as specific as you can; do not be afraid to enter too much information! Be advised: a lack of information may result in review delays
- Print or download a copy for yourself
- Submit the request; DO NOT proceed any further until you receive a response
- Once submitted, AVOID making any changes
- The request will move electronically through the approval process. You may be contacted to clarify or provide additional information.
- You will be notified of the outcome after the request has been reviewed. If approved, a confirmation will be sent to you.
- You are not approved until you receive a confirmation by email.
