Facilities Use Request

If you are a student or an employee and would like to request use of space for a special event in the new request system:

  1. Login to your MyMcNeese portal account.
  2. Click on the Facility Reservation System link on the Facility Reservation System portal card.
  3. Answer all questions fully; be as specific as you can; do not be afraid to enter too much information! Be advised: a lack of information may result in review delays.
  4. Submit the request; DO NOT proceed any further until you receive a response.
  5. Once submitted, AVOID making any changes.
  6. The request will be routed automatically to the venue coordinator who will let you know if the requested venue is available on the date(s) requested. You may be contacted to clarify or provide additional information.
  7. You will be notified of the outcome after the request has been reviewed. If approved, a confirmation will be sent to you.
  8. You are not approved until you receive a confirmation by email.
