Mission

The Division of Business Affairs at McNeese State University is committed to providing strategic financial leadership and operational support that upholds the University’s mission and strategic priorities. We strive to ensure fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource management while fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence.

Our division encompasses the Budget Office, Administrative Accounting, Purchasing & Property Control, Human Resources & Student Employment, and the Team Store. Together, we support students, faculty, and staff by delivering solution-driven services.

By maintaining strong financial stewardship and embracing forward-thinking strategies, we work alongside the University President to advance McNeese’s goals of stabilizing enrollment, fostering a thriving learning community, enhancing internal and external collaboration, and expanding faculty and staff support.
