Changing Lives Through Scholarships

The Fritz Lang Foundation has given $60,000 to the McNeese Foundation to establish three endowed scholarships – Fritz Lang Foundation Endowed Scholarships #1-3 – designated for agricultural sciences majors. John M. Schroder Sr., Louisiana State Treasurer, returned $16,269.64 to McNeese State University President, Dr. Daryl Burckel, from unclaimed property designated for McNeese. The funds cover several years and are from a variety of sources. Unclaimed property consists of abandoned financial assets that are without activity for a certain period of time.
