Ms. Maegan Gonzales earned her Bachelor of Visual Arts, Master of Arts in English Literature, and Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from McNeese State University. She serves as the faculty sponsor for So You Like To Write student organization. She is an interdisciplinary southern artist, writer, certified yoga instructor, and educator. Her poems have recently appeared in Bear Review, Sprung Formal, SWWIM Every Day, and Sundog Lit. She performs locally with Lake Charles Little Theatre and offers Yoga Under the Oak twice a month at the Imperial Calcasieu Museum year-round.
