Amy has been a member of the faculty since the fall of 1998. She is currently an Assistant Professor and the advisor for sport and entertainment communication as well as student athletes within the department. She holds a Bachelors degree in criminal justice and a Masters degree in speech communication from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She holds an education specialist degree in administration and supervision from McNeese State University. She is currently working on her dissertation for completion of her PhD in Communication at Liberty University. She previously served as the assistant director of forensics from 1998-2005.
