Harold and Pearl Dripps School of Agricultural Sciences

Are you interested in studying agriculture, nature and conservation, nutrition and dietetics or veterinary medicine? Our Agricultural Sciences programs are a perfect fit for you.

Home to the Harold and Pearl Dripps School of Agricultural Sciences, McNeese has three working farms where you can gain practical experience in everything from animal science to growing crops and beekeeping. We’re also home to the state-of-the-art CAMPP facility, where you can learn the skills needed for careers in food safety, meat processing and product preparation. With robust internship, research and scholarship opportunities and a national champion rodeo team to boot, the College of Agriculture is ready to help you get started on your path to success.

What is CAMPP?

CAMPP is a satellite campus of McNeese where students learn how to conduct applied research related to agricultural sciences. At CAMPP, students also prepare for a wide variety of careers in agriculture, food science and food service.

Ms. Anna Grace Bizzle is an Academic Advisor for the College of Nursing and Health Professions. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Secondary Education from Mississippi State University. Her favorite part of advising at McNeese is being a resource for students as they get used to the expectations of college and helping students pursue their degrees at such a wonderful school.
