McNeese is also home to the H.C. Drew School of Kinesiology, where you can study how to assess and address physical, nutritional and physiological needs of patients. Earn your bachelor's degree in sports medicine, pre-physical therapy, or other healthcare-related professions.

Are you planning to apply to medical, dental or pharmacy school? You'll need to be prepared with the right bachelor's degree. McNeese's biological sciences and chemistry degree programs offer concentrations that include special courses to help you meet requirements and pass difficult professional school entrance exams.
McNeese nursing students have a 98% passage rate for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) exam, and earn their licenses at a rate that far exceeds national and state averages.
As one of only four programs in Louisiana that award bachelor’s degrees for radiologic sciences, our program boasts a 98% first-time student passage rate on the ARRT national certification exam.
For the past several years, our student certification rates for family nurse practitioners and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners has been 100%
Since 2018, 100% of McNeese's medical laboratory science degree graduates have started their medical laboratory careers within six months of graduation.

Ms. Anna Grace Bizzle is an Academic Advisor for the College of Nursing and Health Professions. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Secondary Education from Mississippi State University. Her favorite part of advising at McNeese is being a resource for students as they get used to the expectations of college and helping students pursue their degrees at such a wonderful school.
