Capstone Artifact Submission Form

Instructors for each section of a capstone course must submit this form at the end of each semester during which the course is offered.

  • (e.g., ENGL 101)
  • (e.g., Introduction to English Composition)
  • (e.g., 61234)
  • (e.g., WH1)
  • Provide a brief description of the capstone assignment(s). Also, please attach a copy of your assignment in the File Upload section below.
  • Please upload a copy of your assignment as well as student artifacts.
