Report as: number meeting benchmark / number completing assessment (e.g., 9/10, or 90%, of students). Do not include results from students who did not complete the assessment or who violated academic integrity.
Summarize whether students met the benchmark. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and patterns. Simply stating "students met the benchmark" is not sufficient.
Outline proposed changes based on results, developed in consultation with faculty teaching the course. Plans are subject to approval by the other General Education coordinators in your area and the General Education Council.
