McNeese Announces Homecoming Court 2025
Students Elyse Duhon, a management senior from Jennings, and Nathan Blanchard, a biological science senior from Moss Bluff, have been named as McNeese State University’s 2025 Homecoming Queen and King.
The royal pair and court will be presented during halftime ceremonies of the McNeese Cowboys vs. the Houston Christian Huskies football game on Saturday, Oct. 18, at 6 p.m. in Navarre Stadium.
Duhon, daughter of Jake and Elisha Duhon, is a member of the Cowboy Energy Club, Cowboy Catholics, Students for Life and College of Business Student Leadership Advisory Council. She is also the president of Chi Omega, a Student Government Association (SGA) senator for the College of Business and the former chief of communications for SGA.
Blanchard, son of Brandon and Amanda Blanchard, is the two-term speaker of the senate in SGA, vice president of McNeese Pre-Pharmacy Society, former vice president of the McNeese Speech and Debate Team and a First-Year Experience peer mentor. Blanchard is a member of the Honors College, Round Up Student Leadership Academy and Pre-Medicine Society.
Other court members are seniors Kadence Harrington, Cole Ingram, Kennedy Bihm and Jagger Morvant. Representing the juniors are Phoebe Boudreaux, Jamall Franklin Jr., Alicia Powell and Bronson Williams. Representing the sophomores are Madison Bihm and Andrew Dalton. The freshman representatives are Jorgia Earl and Connor Mathieu.
Harrington, daughter of Joshua and Katie Harrington, is a chemical engineering major from Lake Charles. She is a member of the American Institue of Chemical Engineers, Chemical Engineering Car Team, Honors College, Cowboy Catholics and Rowdy Riders. Harrington is vice president of both Alpha Delta Pi and the Society of Women Engineers.
Ingram, a biological science major from Scott, is the son of David and Kristin Ingram. He is the SGA senator for the College of Engineering and Sciences.
Kennedy Bihm, an accounting major from Lake Arthur, is the daughter of Mandy and Kevin “Boo” Bihm. She is a member of Phi Mu, Rowdy Riders, College of Business Student Leader Advisory Council, Baptist Collegiate Ministry, Delight Women’s Ministry and Order of Omega Greek Honor Society.
Morvant is an accounting major from Moss Bluff and the son of Brent and Jami Morvant. He is a member of Pi Kappa Alpha, Rowdy Riders, College of Business Student Leadership Advisory Council, Greek Unity Board and Order of Omega Greek Honor Society.
Boudreaux is a radiological sciences major from Welsh and the daughter of Percy and Kayla Boudreaux. She is a member of Rowdy Riders, Cowboy Catholics and The Big Event. Boudreaux is also campus activities chair and bible study leader for Chi Omega and the vice president of the Radiological Sciences Class of 2027.
Franklin, a mass communication major from Port Allen, is the son of Lizzie Johnson. He is a member of Rowdy Riders and Round Up Student Leadership Academy. Franklin is also president of the Rho Beta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., parliamentarian for the National Pan Hellenic Council and SGA senator for athletics.
Powell is a nursing major from San Diego, California, and the daughter of Rosalind Powell. She is a member of the Student Nurses Association, Order of Omega, Rowdy Riders and Round Up Student Leadership Academy. Powell is also the vice president of the Zeta Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., vice president of the National Pan Hellenic Council, the 2024 Ms. Old Gold and Black and former SGA legislative clerk and senator for the College of Nursing and Health Professions.
Williams is a kinesiology major from Moss Bluff and the son of Avery and Racquel Williams. He is a member of the Rowdy Riders and Physical Medicine Society. Williams is an executive officer in both the Kappa Alpha Order and the Interfraternity Council.
Madison Bihm is an accounting major from Lake Arthur and the daughter of Mandy and Kevin “Boo” Bihm. She is a member of the McNeese Cowgirl Kickers, SGA, Phi Mu and Delight Women’s Ministry.
Dalton is a psychology major from Lake Charles and the son of Bob and Linda Dalton. He is a member of The Big Event, Cowboy Catholics, Psi Chi Honor Society and National Society of Leadership and Success. Dalton is an SGA senator for the Burton College of Education and treasurer of the Biology Club.
Earl is a nursing major and the daughter of Joshua and Brandi Earl. She is a member of Chi Omega, Chi Omega prayer team and the Student Nurses Association.
Mathieu is a mass communication major and the son of Jonathan and Chauntel Mathieu. He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
