IBERIABANK Supports First Choice Campaign
IBERIABANK has committed $100,000 to McNeese State University for the First Choice Campaign, as well as student scholarships, a business classroom renovation, athletic sponsorships and an employee awards program.
The newly established McNeese President’s Awards for Excellence, sponsored by IBERIABANK, will recognize employees in both academic and non-academic areas.
The nomination criteria for faculty includes demonstrated excellence in teaching, creative or artistic activity that brings recognition to the University, research and campus and community service. Criteria for the staff awards include excellence in customer service, campus leadership and community service.
McNeese President Dr. Daryl Burckel announced the new program at the annual Faculty-Staff Meeting.
Nominees will be reviewed in the spring and the recipients will be announced at the annual Faculty-Staff Meeting in August 2020.
