Food technology student Oanh Vuong will present two posters on protein powders as sustainable food sources at The Finalist of Graduate Research Competition at the Institute of Food Technologists SHIFT20 Virtual Meeting this month.
This annual food expo provides thousands of consumers, food technology experts and businesses a forum to showcase new products and research on food ingredients, equipment, safety and security, sustainability, processing and packaging.
