Center for Learning and Student Success
The Center for Learning and Student Success (CL&SS) is comprised of several offices whose mission is to collectively provide a supportive and welcoming environment that promotes the overall growth and development of each student at McNeese. Centrally located in the Frazar Memorial Library, the center houses the ACLC and the Write to Excellence tutoring centers, both of which provide academic assistance to students through engagement with qualified peer tutors. In CL&SS, you will also find the offices of Accessibility Services, Career and Professional Development Services, International Programs, and Student Success and Retention. The combination of these various support services in one location aids in delivering comprehensive, inclusive, student-centered services focused on skill-building, academic support, and engagement from freshman through senior year. Our center serves as a resource hub empowering students and increasing the quality of educational experiences leading to academic and personal achievement.
