McNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY
Senior Alanna Arvie has earned individual All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Alanna has a 3.47 GPA in biology with a concentration in pre-medicine. She is the 2019 SLC Indoor Champion in the weight throw.
And for the 19th consecutive year, the McNeese track and field program has garnered All-Academic Team honors for both its women’s and men’s teams from the USTFCCCA. The Cowgirls posted a team GPA of 3.56, while the Cowboys posted a team GPA of 3.25.
A team must compile at least a 3.0 GPA to receive this academic recognition.
