The commission of any act that is derogatory or discriminatory toward individuals with disabilities will not be tolerated. No qualified individual with disabilities shall, solely by reason of his/her disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity at this University.
