6.16 Accommodations: ADAAA Mission and Roles Policy

Purpose

The commission of any act that is derogatory or discriminatory toward individuals with disabilities will not be tolerated. No qualified individual with disabilities shall, solely by reason of his/her disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity at this University.  

Administration    

1. The administration of this policy is the responsibility of the Special Services and Equity Department.
