Paul Rainwater, a 1985 graduate of McNeese State University, has given $10,000 to the McNeese Foundation to fund student scholarships through the Jerald and Leila Rainwater Scholarship, which he established to honor his parents. His donation is changing the lives of four students by providing financial support for them to obtain a degree.
