McNeese Theatre Season Passes Now Available for 2025-2026 Season

McNeese State University’s W.A. and Dorothy Hanna Department of Performing Arts is now offering season passes for the 2025-2026 theatre season, featuring three award-winning productions.
The $40 season pass is one ticket for each of the three productions that include Buried Child, Next to Normal and The Flick. Individual tickets are $20 per show, while McNeese students attend free with a valid ID. Season passes can be purchased through the website at www.mcneese.edu/performingarts/boxoffice/.
The season opens with Buried Child, written by Sam Shepard, whose haunting drama that won the 1979 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. This dark and powerful story about a fractured American family runs Oct. 29–Nov. 1 in Tritico Theatre.
In the spring, the department will present Next to Normal, a Tony Award-winning and Pulitzer Prize-honored musical by Brian Yorkey and Tom Kitt. Centered on a family grappling with mental illness and resilience, the musical performances are set for March 4–7.
The season concludes with The Flick by Annie Baker, winner of the 2014 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Set in a crumbling movie theatre, this intimate, character-driven play runs April 22–25.
All performances will take place in McNeese’s Tritico Theatre at 7 p.m., with Saturday matinees at 2 p.m.
