Mission
The counseling program treats those from all backgrounds and economic situations. The aim is to serve community members who fall under the following criteria: those at or below poverty level, uninsured, insured but without mental health coverage, single parents, and students outside of McNeese State University.
The mission of the Kay Doré Counseling Clinic is to:
- Provide affordable mental/ behavioral health services for Southwest Louisiana’s adult and children population
- Provide educational workshops/ services for the community
