If you are a new student at McNeese, you must indicate on your Application for Admission that you want to be considered for scholarships.

If you are a continuing student at McNeese, you can apply for scholarships by submitting the Academic Scholarship Application or by sending a copy of your resume to scholarshipdocs@mcneese.edu.
Important Information About Scholarship Eligibility:

Students can only be considered for scholarships after being fully admitted.

Undergraduate scholarships are renewable for 8 continuous semesters of study (regular spring/fall semesters only) if you continue to meet the requirements detailed in your award letter.

Graduate scholarships are renewable for 4 continuous semesters of study (regular spring/fall semesters only) if you continue to meet the requirements detailed in your award letter.

Students who are sponsored by government or government-affiliated scholarship programs are not eligible for scholarships through McNeese State University.

Scholarship awards are not guaranteed even if a student meets all eligibility requirements as awards are subject to the availability of funding.
