Welcome Back Week Set at McNeese

The McNeese Student Life Coalition has teamed up with other on-campus organizations to host a huge welcome back party for returning and incoming students.

Monday, Jan. 13 – Monday Fun Day
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Quad
Enjoy free food and drinks, play some video games with friends, take a selfie in our photo booth  and make a customizable popsocket for your phone.

Tuesday, Jan. 14 – Taco and Laser Tag Tuesday
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Parra Ballroom
Fill up at our special taco bar before you dodge, duck, dip and dive across Parra Ballroom’s special laser tag obstacle course.

Wednesday, Jan. 15 – Student Organization Fair
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Come out and see what the 100+ student organizations have to offer. There will also be a special table for students to customize and decorate posters to cheer on the Cowgirls at the game against ACU!

Thursday, Jan. 16 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Tribute – March on McNeese
noon – 1 p.m.
Quad
Help McNeese honor the life of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr., with a special banner signing. There will also be a recitation of King’s famous “I Have a Dream” speech in the Quad amphitheater.

Friday, Jan. 17 – McNeese Matinee – Bad Boys for Life
5 – 7 p.m.
Cinemark Lake Charles
McNeese will present a special showing of the film “Bad Boys for Life” at the Cinemark Lake Charles Mall. Spots are limited, so sign up today to reserve your place!
