McNeese Small Business Workshop Scheduled

A workshop titled “Starting and Financing Your Business Idea: Using SASOL’s Small Business Resource Guide” will be held from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, at the McNeese State University SEED Center.

This workshop is presented in partnership with the Louisiana Small Business Development Center at McNeese, SASOL and the Southwest Louisiana Economic Development Alliance.

Topics will cover entrepreneurship readiness, writing a business plan and financing a start-up. This workshop’s focus is to inform those who are looking to start a business, or who have recently started a business, on a variety of key areas in business planning, including how to determine the feasibility of a business idea and how to seek a small business loan.
