McNeese Hosts Amy Phillips Senior Recital

The McNeese State University W.A.
and Dorothy Hanna Department of Performing Arts will present a free senior
recital by Amy Phillips, mezzo-soprano, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, in
Tritico Theatre.

Phillips, of Livingston, Texas,
will perform works by Handel, Mozart, Mahler and Debussy. She will be assisted
by Lindsey Bower, soprano, and Dr. Ulysses Loken, on piano.

At McNeese, she has performed in choral solos and composer showcases as well as musical theatre roles. A recipient of a choral service award, she has also been awarded the Juliet Hardtner Endowed Scholarship.
