Banners at McNeese Hosts Magic School Bus Musical

Banners at McNeese State University will host a TheaterWorksUSA production of “The Magic School Bus: Lost in the Solar System” at 6 p.m. Oct. 26 at the F.G. Bulber Auditorium.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children and free for McNeese and SOWELA students with a valid student ID.
Based on the original book series published by Scholastic, this musical adaptation invites audiences to “Hop on the Magic School Bus” and accompany the indomitable Ms. Frizzle and her 4th grade class on one of their most memorable adventures.
When the class gets lost on the way to the planetarium, Ms. Frizzle saves the day by blasting into outer space for an epic interplanetary field trip! But when rivalries both old and new threaten to tear the students apart, our young heroes must learn to pull together or risk getting forever lost in the solar system.
