Dr. Carnes is a Professor of Mathematics and has been a faculty member at McNeese since 1991. His research interests are in combinatorial design theory, graph theory, and discrete mathematics. He has been a fellow of the Institute of Combinatorics and its Applications and has been a reviewer for the AMS Mathematical Reviews in design theory.
