Lesson Overview: Have you mastered the conjugation of the French verb “Avoir” and want to know how to express yourself using it? This lesson aims to introduce you to the most commonly-used Avoir Expressions with two fun video clips, including written notes on each “scene”. Next, the present-tense conjugation of the verb “Avoir” is reviewed briefly. Applying knowledge of the new Avoir Expressions is introduced in a PowerPoint presentation with fun photos and simple examples. Several examples are explained carefully with correct answers shown. Lastly, an exercise using Avoir Expressions is begun with guided practice.
