McNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY
Frazar Memorial Library is devoted to serving the intellectual needs of the local community of McNeese State University, Southwest Louisiana, and beyond. With an emphasis on information access and literacy, we empower our patrons by providing the resources and tools they need to learn.
As the heart of the university, the library recognizes its responsibility as the principal information and learning resource on campus by supporting the university's curriculum, teaching, research, and service goals. We strive to present a dynamic space for collaborative teaching and collaborative learning.
We consider our library to be a refuge and honor the unique social qualities of an academic library. Frazar Memorial Library is more than just a repository of information. We offer a dynamic space conducive to exploration and discovery, for collaboration and contemplation.
During your time at McNeese, we hope you will consider the library your home away from home. We are here to serve you—never hesitate to ask questions of our library staff or to reach out to me directly.
— Walt Fontane, Library Director
