McNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY
Two students in the W.A. and Dorothy Hanna Department of Performing Arts at McNeese State University have been accepted into the Aria International Summer Music Academy in Massachusetts at Mount Holyoke College.
Merritt Jones and Riley Maggio, both junior music performance majors, were selected through a competitive audition process.
During this intensive and in-depth program, Jones and Maggio will have masterclasses and private lessons with internationally renowned faculty including professors from the Eastman School of Music, Vanderbilt University, Northwestern University in Chicago, Peabody Institute, Pittsburgh Symphony, University of Texas-Austin and University of Colorado.
