Faculty Spotlight: Dr. Daniel Groft

Dr. Daniel Groft is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Director of the H.C. Drew Center for Business and Economic Analysis (Drew CBEA). He received his doctorate in economics from Louisiana State University.

Prior to returning to McNeese, Dr. Groft served as the economist at the Louisiana Economic Development where he provided economic research services and produced statistical data, frequent economic reports and analyses for use by regional partners, marketing staff, clients, the legislature and other governmental bodies. Dr. Groft has also served as the economist at the Louisiana Department of Revenue.
