Patrick Juneau II, a senior civil engineering student, spent his summer as an environmental engineer intern with CITGO.
While there, he helped to establish an aerosol can disposal program at the facility and was responsible for monitoring benzine levels in certain areas of the plant to find sources of emissions.
Patrick says he made McNeese his First Choice because the engineering program allows him to use his problem-solving, math and science skills to make a difference.
