McNeese Lecture Set

Drs. Dorothy and Kenneth Robbins will present a lecture titled “Christmas Stories From Louisiana” at 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, in the McNeese SEED Center as part of the 2017 Fall Sage Series at McNeese State University.
Their lecture is based on their edited book of holiday stories with the same name that features a collection of fiction and memory pieces about Christmastime in Louisiana by such notable authors as Pulitzer Prize-winner Robert Olen Butler, Kate Chopin, Alice Dunbar-Nelson, Kenneth Robbins, Genaro Ky Ly Smith and Debra Gray.
Dorothy Robbins is the Charlotte Lewis Endowed Professor of English and coordinator of graduate studies in English at Louisiana Tech University, while Kenneth Robbins is professor emeritus of theatre and a teacher in the Honors Program at Louisiana Tech.
