McNeese Hosts Reading by Keagan LeJeune

McNeese State University’s department of English and Foreign Languages is hosting a reading on Thursday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. in Stokes Auditorium located in Hardtner Hall. The department head, Dr. Keagan LeJeune, will read from his newly released book titled Finding Myself Lost in Louisiana.
In this memoir, LeJeune searches for his sense of belonging as he details the unusual folklore, landscape and history of Louisiana along with his own family lineage to trace the trajectory of people’s lives in the Bayou State. The book is an adventure across Louisiana to explore its future and to reckon with feelings of loss and anxiety accompanying climate disasters.
