KBYS Mardi Gras Programming Set

McNeese State University Radio KBYS is bringing the Mardi Gras spirit to the airwaves. Join the Krewe of KBYS Mardi Gras day, Feb. 16, for a full day of your favorite parade tunes.
The award-winning morning show, “The Generation Gap,” kicks off with King Cake Breakfast from 6-9 a.m. Saturday morning hosts Tom & Maddy Landry take over from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. for a special episode of “Rock ‘N’ Roll Gumbo Fais Do Do!” Sunday morning hosts Garry Shannon and Jay Ecker bring the “The Best of New Orleans Jazz” from 1-4 p.m.
Special guest Mack Love brings the “Mardi Gras Mambo” from 4-6 p.m. The Evening Drive with Julia Pourciaux takes listeners to the “Mardi Gras Ball” from 6-8 p.m. while The Lunch Rush hosts Brady Brown and Curry Burton provide music for the “Mardi Gras Party” from 8-10 p.m. Finally, “The School of Rock” closes the show with a special Mardi Gras episode starting at 10 p.m.
