Responsible for hearing appeals dealing with student fee payment and refund. The Fee Appeals Panel is composed of one at-large faculty representative, one at-large representative from the Office of Business Affairs, and one representative from the Office of Financial Aid. This committee reports to the vice president for business affairs.
