McNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY
Due to ongoing electrical issues in several academic buildings, McNeese will transition to online course delivery and remote business operations beginning at 12 noon today, Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026.
All courses scheduled to begin at noon or later today will be delivered online. Students should communicate with their instructors if they have extenuating circumstances preventing them from participating in online classes. Campus dining operations will continue as regularly scheduled.
Employees should check with their supervisors to determine whether they should report to campus or work remotely this afternoon.
Normal campus operations will resume tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 5.
