McNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY
In order to plan appropriate seating for McNeese faculty participating in the processional, please complete the RSVP form no later than Monday, December 2.
Faculty should arrive at SFAA no later than 12:15 p.m., fully dressed in academic regalia (including headwear).
Parking will be available in the lot behind SFA.
Upon checking in, faculty may enjoy refreshments until the processional departs between 12:30-12:45 p.m.
We will also have a secure space where faculty can leave their personal belongings during the ceremony.
All full-time faculty will be listed in the ceremony program.
After the ceremony, everyone is encouraged to attend the men’s basketball game at the Legacy Center. Tickets for the basketball game can be purchased here.
After the game, we hope you will join us back on campus at 5 p.m. for McNeese’s 85th Anniversary Celebration on the lawn at Bulber. This event will include fun for the whole family, with free popcorn, cotton candy, a bounce-house, and a free concert featuring The Flamethrowers! We will also have food trucks and a beer garden — the whole community is invited!

Ms. Anna Grace Bizzle is an Academic Advisor for the College of Nursing and Health Professions. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Secondary Education from Mississippi State University. Her favorite part of advising at McNeese is being a resource for students as they get used to the expectations of college and helping students pursue their degrees at such a wonderful school.
