McNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY
In 2019, the College of Business launched the MyMcNeese classroom renovation campaign to upgrade classrooms in the College to resemble training spaces found in businesses.
The first completed classroom, and the model for the MyMcNeese campaign, is the Chennault Room, which has a wraparound mural of photos that illustrate Chennault’s history and the role of aerospace in Southwest Louisiana’s history and economy.
Classrooms – like the Chennault Room – are being redesigned to better utilize today’s electronic and presentation technology, adding outlets for laptops and improving accessibility for students to work in groups and teams.
