Will Fleming is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at McNeese State University. He earned his B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology (Behavior Analysis) at the University of Nevada, Reno. At both the undergraduate and graduate level, he primarily teaches courses on research and philosophy of science in psychology and behavior analysis. His research focuses on the ethics of behavior scientists, experimental analyses of cultural and linguistic behavior, and building orientationalism–a molar extension of interbehaviorsm. He co-directs the Interbehavioral Research Lab, hosts the Media of Contact YouTube channel, and regularly participates in the Culturo-Behavior Science Innovation Network. He serves as an editor of the Mexican Journal of Behavior Analysis, the editor-in-chief of The Interbehavioral Observer, and a reviewer for other journals.
