Hillary Joubert

Hillary Joubert received his B.A. (English) from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and his M.A. and M.F.A. degrees from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he has been teaching English for the past nineteen years. In addition to serving as an assistant poetry editor for Salvation South, his poetry has received a generous Louisiana Division of the Arts Fellowship award and a Ruth Lily Fellowship nomination. His poetry has appeared in journals like Salvation South, Mockingheart Review, Provo Canyon Review, The Golden Key, Kweli, and others.
