Brian Lee

History

Dr. Brian E. Lee earned a B.A. from Rowan University, a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He teaches courses on modern United States History and conducts research on the Kennedy Administration and civil rights. His current book project, A Matter of National Concern: The Kennedy Administration’s Campaign to Restore Public Education to Prince Edward County, Virginia, is under contract with the University Press of Kansas.
