Responsible for advising and making recommendations to the president on academic athletic matters. The Athletics Academic Advisory Committee is composed of two (2) representatives from the Student Athlete Advisory Council, up to two (2) representatives from each academic college, one (1) member of the Faculty Senate, and one (1) member appointed by the Student Government Association. The Faculty Athletic Representative and primary Athletics academic administrator shall serve as ad hoc members of the committee. The committee reports to the senior vice president/chief operating officer.
