Registration will close on March 6, 2026
to give faculty/staff enough time to prepare for the student advising sessions and the event.

This is an invitation-only event for all fully admitted first-time freshman students for the Summer/Fall 2026 terms. During this event, students will have the opportunity to schedule their college classes, sign up for Freshman Orientation (Cowboy Camp), view campus housing accommodations, speak with Financial Aid representatives, and student organizations. This event is not mandatory, but is encouraged.

The welcome presentation begins in the Richard Student Union (#28 on the campus map).
We highly recommend that event participants park in the parking garage (#20 on the campus map).
