The inherent heartbreak of teaching in an MFA program starts to surface this time of year, when we realize there are ten weeks left in the school year, and that some heavy goodbyes are rapidly approaching. Boudin is honored that Meilyn Woods, third-year McNeese MFA student, helmed our Black History Month issue. Meilyn has selected some fine and important writing; we hope you enjoy the read.
Speaking of reading, keep your eye out for the name Meilyn Woods. She’s about to take the writing world by storm.
