A hands-on introduction to QuickBooks, students will learn company setup, organization of chart of accounts and file security for multiple users. Setup of customers, processing of credit and cash sales transactions, receipt of cash, processing of bank deposits and generation of statements and other receivables reports. In addition, setup of vendors, processing of purchases, processing of checks and generation of payables reports will be taught.
Prerequisites: Keyboarding skills, basic knowledge of Windows and use of the mouse.
