Class Descriptions

Yoga (Starts 1/13)

This gentle yoga class will help you to increase flexibility, cope with stress and learn basic meditation techniques.  All fitness levels are welcome!  
Instructor: Dr. Elizabeth Hait
Held in the Rec’s Aerobics Room.

 

Adrenaline Rush (Starts 1/13)
This class focuses on an interval workout format utilizing a variety of equipment (step, free weights, medicine balls, bands, etc..) while blending aerobic activities & strength training for a fun workout.  There’s no complicated choreography, just a great workout!  All fitness levels are welcome.
Instructor:  Kayla Cassidy

Held in the Rec’s Aerobics Room.

Buti Yoga (Starts 1/21)   
Buti yoga is a blend of power vinyasa yoga, cardio dance, and primal movement that tones the inner core.  Expect a music-driven, full body workout that feels less like a punishment & more like a celebration of what your body can do! 
Instructor:  Darian Planchard
Held in the Rec’s Aerobics Room

Cardio Kickboxing (Starts 1/21)
Enjoy a total body workout as you kick & punch targets and perform strength & cardio exercises.  Improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance.  
Instructor:  Joon-Young Hong
Held in the Rec’s Aerobics Room

Cowboy Core (Starts 1/16)

This class will have you looking good & felling strong with dynamic training that will focus on your abs, glutes, back, & obliques.  You will learn to use your core muscles to build total body strength, stability, and flexibility.

Held in the Aerobics Room.
