In hide and seek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">you called my name; you found me. Games were bleak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">reminders of chance at the end of things;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">my words fell like dice. In the garden, week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">to week, goldenrod and ragweed, the wings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">of an angel shook loose the dust; he brings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">up pollen and creates a hologram<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">of seed, sprout, bud, blossom; yes, friend, it stings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">to watch a life play out, but medicine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">often comes from poison, and creation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">is the creator\u2019s pure animation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">__________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Psalm [Crows rustle in the pine out back,]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Crows rustle in the pine out back,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">only ominous when I let my thoughts wander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">down the branches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">through the roots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">to where a worm wriggles, writhes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">and blindly follows its way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The grandeur of morning, church bells<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">and cicadas ringing out<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">against the heat of July, where once<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">we sat around a fire, turning beer cans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">in our paws and telling stories<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">about ghosts.
