Special Event Request Form


The Special Event Request form may now be submitted online.  However, upon review of your submission by the Student Union and Activities Office, you may be required to obtain additional signatures from other approving departments before your request is fully approved (a paper signature page will be provided).  For questions contact the Student Union & Activities Office at 337-475-5609 or email studentunion@mcneese.edu

Will this event generate revenue? (including charitable fundraisers)
Do you need any special setup? (Room Setup form required)
room setup, electrical needs - you must complete a room setup form.
Are you planning to hire any technical or service industry contractors for this event?
If you are a student organization, your advisor is aware of and has approved for this special event to take place.
Some applicable administrative and usage fees and surcharges may apply to your request. These charges must be paid prior to the date of your special event. Additional department approvals may be required before your request is fully approved.
