Student Mental Health Privacy Waiver<\/strong> Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In compliance with Louisiana Act No. 157 (R.S. 17:3:3138.1), McNeese State University provides all enrolled students the opportunity to complete a voluntary mental health privacy waiver form that allows the university to share protected health information with designated individuals in the event of a mental health crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
